T-Mobile

After years of investing in only their customers, T-Mobile set forth on an ambitious plan to renovate over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of their campus as an investment in their own people. The “uncarrier” had a unique and beloved culture fostered among their people, and wanted their new space to reflect this culture. Included in the moves was a shift to open desking and collaboration spaces, requiring a new approach to navigation. Campus amenities were informed by the use of the Fitwel program. Magenta toned graphics, lighting, and accents are peppered throughout the space, facilitating wayfinding and celebrating the brand in interactive, surprising, and special ways. The program included a multi-building on-site wayfinding system, exterior identification signage, interior sign standards, flexible team messaging, and many unique graphics and installations throughout each building.
